Shipping Policy

At Epic Loot Collectibles, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time:
Once fulfilled, most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier delays that may occur beyond our control.

Shipping Methods:
We partner with reliable shipping carriers (USPS and UPS) to ensure timely and secure delivery. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delays and Exceptions:
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, and high-volume seasons. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

PAYMENT VERIFICATIONS:

Certain high-value or higher-risk orders may require additional payment verification before shipment. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and any payment authorization voided.

Failed Delivery Attempts / Returned Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or the recipient being unavailable to receive the package, the order may be subject to the following conditions:

• Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable once the carrier has accepted and transported the shipment.

• Orders returned to sender after failed delivery attempts may be refunded for the merchandise total once the package is successfully returned and inspected.

• Any carrier-imposed return shipping fees or address correction fees may be deducted from the final refund amount where permitted.

• For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required at delivery for security and seller protection purposes.

• Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and contacting the carrier promptly if delivery issues arise.

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before the package is returned by the carrier.
