Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Epic Loot Collectibles . Please read the return policy below for more information on how we handle returns and damaged items.


No Returns on Sealed Products

Due to the nature of sealed products in the Trading Card Game (TCG) industry, we are unable to accept returns on these items. All sales are final on sealed products, including booster packs, boxes, and other sealed products.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with damaged items or contains the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We strive to package all items securely to prevent damage during transit, but should there be an issue due to improper packaging or an error in fulfillment, we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

Order Cancellations and Non-Defective Returns

Orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to a processing fee of up to 6% to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs incurred at the time of purchase.

Approved returns for non-defective items may also be subject to a restocking and processing fee of up to 10%, depending on the condition of the returned merchandise and costs incurred during fulfillment and return processing.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in original condition, unopened where applicable, and received back within the approved return window.

Items returned damaged, opened, used, or not in resellable condition may be denied or subject to additional deductions.


How to Report a Damaged or Incorrect Item

If your order contains damaged or incorrect items, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at Support@epiclootcollectibles.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) (if applicable) and your preferred contact method.

  3. We will review your case and provide a solution, whether it's sending a replacement, or processing a return for a refund.

Please Note:

  • We may request that the damaged item be returned to us for further inspection, at our expense.

  • If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out as soon as possible to ensure a timely resolution.

  • Damaged items can be exchanged for a replacement identical item which will be shipped at our expense or you may opt for a full refund.
